About the Program
On Wednesday, October 22th, NCDAA will present a half day seminar "Am I
Going Home Today?--Defending Juveniles in Adult Court." The program will
focus on transfer hearings and understanding the appropriate way to deal
with adolescents charged in adult court. Chairing the program will be
NCDAA Past President Bob Lindemeier of North Platte who recently won an
acquittal for a juvenile client charged as an adult in a double homicide.
Bob will also make a presentation at the program, "The Juvenile Transfer
Hearing: Making it Effective."
Registration Information
The fee for the program is $75 for NCDAA members and judges and $105 for
non-members. The registration fee includes the lectures, the seminar
manual and refreshments.
